Grand City is actively seeking a Head of Department (HOD) for Land to spearhead our land acquisition and development initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing land disputes, overseeing the land portfolio, and leading teams to drive effective project implementation. This role also requires regular reporting to senior management and budget management for land-related projects.
