Job Description
ASE Cold Care Facility, a fast-growing organization, is seeking a qualified Male Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of General Accounting Concepts and experience in Manufacturing and Store Accounting within a computerized environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping and data entry tasks
- Prepare payment and receipt vouchers
- Verify control documents
- Maintain knowledge of Internal Controls for Procurement and Accounts Payable
- Conduct bank reconciliations and coordinate with vendors
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Material Receipt Notes (MRN) for raw materials
- Oversee stocktaking and manage petty cash
- Assist with monthly salary disbursement
- Exhibit strong communication skills and promote teamwork
Qualifications:
- BBA/M.COM/MBA or part-qualified CMA
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Aged 25 to 40 years
