Job Description
Noah Tech is actively seeking a dedicated Client Communications Analyst to become a key member of our team. This critical role involves reviewing client-agent email interactions, analyzing client behavior, evaluating the quality of agent responses, and preparing insightful reports to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze client-agent email interactions.
- Identify trends by assessing client behavior.
- Evaluate the quality of agent responses.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance overall client satisfaction.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
Work Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
