Job Description
Join Grey Technologies as a Customer Support Assistant, where you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will provide outstanding service and support to enhance their overall experience with our products and services. Key responsibilities include addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat, diagnosing and resolving customer issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have previous experience in customer support, which is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gullberg 2, Lahore, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
