Job Overview:
Location: Johar-town, G4
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Working Hours: 12 PM – 9 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication. Conduct follow-ups to gauge satisfaction, address concerns, and encourage client engagement. Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system. Collaborate with various teams to meet client needs effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related discipline. 1-2 years of experience in client coordination or customer service. Exceptional communication skills and adeptness with CRM software are essential.
