Job Description
Hasnain Tanweer Associates (HTA) is actively seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor for our Hattar Haripur facility. This role focuses on supervising and coordinating mechanical technicians and maintenance staff to ensure optimal operation of our mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of mechanical technicians.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and collaborate with other departments.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and suggest enhancements.

Qualifications: 2-4 years of relevant experience and a DAE in Mechanical Engineering.
