Job Description
JAFFER BUSINESS SYSTEMS is seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Technician with 1-2 years of experience in providing Level 1 IT support. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware and software issues, installing and maintaining printers and scanning peripherals, as well as offering assistance with software applications. A basic understanding of networking concepts, including cable coding, network connectivity troubleshooting, and IP addressing, is essential.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs60,00.00. This role requires in-person work at our office.
