Job Description
Are you detail-oriented and committed to upholding high-quality standards? Three Percent Pakistan is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team during the night shift.
In this role, you will evaluate customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat messages, provide constructive feedback, and analyze service metrics. This full-time position is available from 7:30 PM to 3:40 AM, five days a week.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month, along with one paid leave after completing the probationary period.
