Job Description
Enrichers Investment Group is on the lookout for a driven Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our team. In this position, you will engage with potential customers to promote and sell our diverse range of products and services. Your goal will be to generate leads and enhance customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to introduce products and close sales.
- Research to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Present customized sales pitches.
- Foster positive relationships with customers.
- Conduct follow-up calls to support lead development.
- Keep accurate records in CRM systems.
- Aim to meet sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred. Proven communication skills and prior sales experience are essential.
Salary: $40,00 – $60,00 plus commission (10-14%).
