Job Description
Position: Customer Care Executive
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1 to 2 years as CSR in a Call Center
Age Limit: 18 – 35 years
Requirements: Fluency in English is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide online support.
- Verify billing addresses and follow up on service requests.
- Enhance sales and maintain records of faults.
Salary: Rs45,00 + up to Rs15,00 incentives
