Job Description
International Petrochemical is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Intern to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers. You will also maintain recruitment trackers, post job openings, and assist at recruitment events to enhance our hiring efforts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduates from reputable institutions such as LUMS, NUST, GIKI, LSE, UMT, or FC College are encouraged to apply. A background in O-Level/A-Level is an advantage.
- Skills: Candidates should possess excellent communication abilities, a keen attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and a professional demeanor.
