Job Description
Brand Surge is looking for a driven Cold Caller to generate leads and coordinate appointments for our sales team. This role requires making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and conducting follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce our services.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Update CRM records with client interactions.
- Follow up with prospects to foster relationships.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
- Previous cold calling experience is a plus.
- Able to manage objections professionally.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
