Job Description

Genetics Pharmaceuticals is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, coaching team members, devising strategies, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. Key responsibilities include monitoring team performance, facilitating team meetings, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with various departments to optimize overall efficiency.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, a minimum of 5 years of sales experience (including 2 years in a supervisory capacity), strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
