Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is looking for a committed Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering essential administrative support, handling correspondence, and assisting with various clerical tasks. Ideal applicants should possess excellent communication skills, a strong command of MS Word, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including mailing, scanning, and document organization.
- Effectively communicate with clients and manage inquiries professionally.
- Assist with office activities, meetings, and special events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
