Job Description
DigiMaxis Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Customer Success Executive to join our Customer Success – Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, aiming for a benchmark of over 70%.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance.
- Execute upselling and referral strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.
- Serve as an advocate for client needs within the organization.
