Job Description
Mateen Group of Companies is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: You will greet visitors, answer phone calls, manage the front desk, maintain office supplies, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative duties.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a high school diploma, prior experience as a receptionist, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Job Types: Full-time and Part-time. Pay: Rs18,00.00 – Rs22,00.00 per month.
