Job Description
Salary: PKR 35,00 – 40,00
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Total Solution is on the lookout for a dynamic and confident Call Center Representative who is passionate about sales and recruitment. In this proactive role, you will engage potential Loan Officers, conduct interviews, and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to prospective candidates.
- Interview candidates to evaluate their suitability for the position.
- Effectively convey the advantages of joining our organization.
- Organize interviews and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications: Proficient English communication skills are essential. Previous call center experience is preferred, but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply. Basic computer literacy is required.
