Job Description
Sybrid Pvt Ltd, a proud member of The Lakson Group of Companies, is actively seeking a diligent HR Assistant to enhance our team. The successful candidate will manage internal databases by updating employee records, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. Responsibilities also include posting job advertisements, generating HR-related reports, and addressing employee inquiries effectively. Additionally, you will be tasked with reviewing and disseminating company policies in both digital and printed formats. Participation in organizing company events and career days will also be part of your duties.
