Job Description
The Cardiff Group is looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and confident Receptionist to join our vibrant Tour & Travel team in Gujranwala. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will excel in communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities: You will greet clients, answer inquiries, provide information on our travel services, and assist the sales team as needed.
Requirements: Candidates should possess at least an Intermediate level of education, with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Urdu, basic English skills, and computer literacy are essential.
