TalentfloHR is on the lookout for a dynamic and data-driven CRM Manager to spearhead our customer relationship management initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing CRM campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee CRM systems and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication.
- Monitor campaign performance and guarantee data compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in CRM management.
- Proficiency in CRM software with strong analytical abilities.
