Job Description
Cargo Linkers is actively seeking a meticulous Credit Controller to oversee outstanding invoices and improve our collections process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and following up on client invoices, engaging customers via phone for payment reminders, implementing effective strategies for managing overdue accounts, resolving billing disputes with professionalism, and maintaining accurate records while preparing collections reports.
Qualifications: Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with 2-3 years of experience in credit control or finance. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
