Job Description
Benchmark BPO is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Verification Officer to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will verify customer information, uphold data integrity, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in call center and ACA verification.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience is mandatory; freshers need not apply.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM – 4 AM).
