Job Description
We are in search of a dependable and detail-oriented Nanny Supervisor to manage daily operations and communication for our family support team, which includes nannies and tutors. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a responsible approach to childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of nannies and tutors
- Maintain regular communication with staff
- Collect and report updates from caregivers
- Ensure location sharing during off-site excursions
- Monitor daily summary reports and uphold privacy standards
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in English, knowledge of child safety, and flexibility to work across different time zones.
Hourly Rate: $2.50 – $3.50. Job Type: Full-time, Contract.
