Job Description
Source Code Academia is in search of a dedicated Roster Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing roster creation, overseeing class schedules, and coordinating teacher activities. Additionally, you will address IT-related concerns and handle invoicing processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing both student and teacher rosters.
- Organizing class schedules and academic events.
- Coordinating teacher availability and assignments.
- Serving as the primary contact for any IT issues.
- Monitoring and managing invoice processes.
- Assisting students with inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
