Job Description
Shelter is currently seeking a highly skilled Accounts Officer with expertise in QuickBooks Online to manage financial records for multiple companies. The successful candidate will ensure precise bookkeeping and facilitate effective accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping and financial entries utilizing QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile accounts across various companies.
- Oversee invoicing, expense tracking, and follow up on payments.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and profit/loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance combined with 2-4 years of relevant experience and demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
