Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing updates to our website and mobile applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining IT equipment across all branches. Additionally, you will monitor CCTV and internet connections and provide essential technical support to our staff.
Qualified candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and be familiar with Content Management Systems (CMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and networking. A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential for success in this position.
Location: I-8, Islamabad
Type: Full-time (Monday – Saturday)
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
