Job Description
At Shelter, we are seeking an IT Systems & Support Associate who is skilled in managing servers, backups, and networks. This position is essential for ensuring that our creative teams operate seamlessly. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of IT support experience and possess strong practical problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot both on-premise and cloud server issues.
- Set up and maintain NAS drives with regular backup procedures.
- Install and configure vital software applications.
- Manage Active Directory and oversee user accounts.
- Provide comprehensive IT support for hardware, software, and networks.
- Maintain and update internal documentation.
Compensation: Rs35,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
