Job Description
Aspire92 is an agile firm dedicated to providing exceptional virtual solutions in the healthcare and technology sectors for our US-based clients. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to join our dynamic team.
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist the M&A Team by providing expert consulting services for our U.S. clients.
- Incorporate legal entities throughout the United States.
- Address tax notices and collaborate with regulatory authorities effectively.
Qualifications:
- Active membership with the Bar Association in good standing.
- A minimum of 3 years of M&A experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Excellent communication skills are essential; availability for late-night work to accommodate U.S. business hours is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month.
