Job Description
VRG Pvt. Ltd. is in search of a dedicated Junior Oracle Database Administrator. The ideal candidate should possess 6 months to 1 year of experience in Oracle Database Administration, including skills in RMAN backup and recovery, Data Guard configuration, and a foundational understanding of Oracle RAC and performance tuning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases (versions 11g, 12c, and 19c).
- Design and implement effective backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Enhance database performance through thorough optimization.
- Diagnose and resolve database-related issues effectively.
- Oversee database security policies and protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- This is a full-time position located in Karachi.
