Job Description
Location: Model Town, Malir, Karachi
Shift: Full-Time (8 Hours – On-site)
ExpoBird is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support our client, Impression Wears. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the online store, which includes facilitating customer interactions, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm and organize online orders each day
- Update order tracking and manage inventory
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders
- Address customer queries via phone and email promptly
Requirements include prior experience in e-commerce, proficiency in Urdu and English, and strong MS Excel skills. The starting salary for this position is Rs50,00.00/month.
