Job Description
Gatron (Industries) Limited, a prominent manufacturing company in Pakistan, is inviting applications for the position of Process Shift Incharge in our Molding Department at the Hub Chowki plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing shift operations, managing operators, ensuring the efficient functioning of molding machines, and maintaining product quality. Additionally, the role involves calculating performance metrics, coordinating maintenance activities, and keeping detailed records of all operations.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a DAE or B Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in plant operations.

Salary Range: Rs50,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
