We are currently seeking two remote Customer Support Associates to provide exceptional live chat and email support for our e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with order inquiries, refunds, and promptly resolve complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of experience in customer support are required. Candidates must possess excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary: PKR 30,00/month.
Job Type: Full-time. Pay ranges from PKR 30,00 to 40,00 per month.
