Job Description
EWD Tech, a prominent digital solutions provider based in Faisalabad, is looking for an experienced Operational Manager. This key role involves overseeing daily business operations to enhance efficiency and foster continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing operational processes, coordinating activities across departments, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing cost-saving strategies, supervising staff, developing policies, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of operations management experience, strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
