Job Description
Novaplast Custom Molders is currently in search of a skilled Accounts Officer to manage and oversee our financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting our organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include cash control maintenance, payroll preparation, office operations management, and daily accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and compile financial data.
- Implement and uphold accounting controls and financial policies.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Manage documentation related to contracts and tax issues.
- Generate invoices for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
