Job Description
Mathmakesmart (MMS) is seeking dedicated and experienced Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) for our international tutoring support team. This full-time position operates during the night shift, specifically from 9 PM to 6 AM, and is perfect for those who excel in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and schedule tutoring sessions efficiently.
- Provide assistance to students while resolving their inquiries promptly.
- Maintain precise client records to deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
- Experience in the education or tutoring sector is an advantage.
