Job Description
AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a skilled individual to join our Human Resources Department as an Assistant Manager Recruitment at our head office located in DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
Position: Assistant Manager HR
Qualifications: BBA/MBA
Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment
Salary: Rs 70,00 – Rs 90,00 per month
Software Proficiency: Paypeople
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding and staffing.
- Draft and disseminate technical job descriptions.
- Conduct screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Possess extensive experience in technical recruitment.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge necessary for evaluating candidates for technical positions.
