Job Description

Napollo Software Design LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team at the Bahria Town office in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and enthusiastic about supporting a dynamic team, with proficiency in diverse HR functions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job postings and onboarding.
• Maintain detailed employee records and HR databases.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitate employee relations and performance management initiatives.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration.

Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a degree in HR or a related field. Familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly FlowHCM, is preferred.
