Job Description
Job Purpose: The Finance Team is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to manage daily accounting operations, ensuring precise financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards while assisting with audits, budgeting, and tax functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and support the consolidation process.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting activities.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or M.Com with 5–8 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel is required.
