Job Description
We are currently seeking an Experienced Xfinity Agent to join our team in Lahore, Punjab. In this role, you will manage inbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, service issues, and overall support for Xfinity services. Responsibilities include resolving billing discrepancies, troubleshooting technical issues, and informing customers about our products and promotions.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma (or equivalent), prior experience in Xfinity sales campaigns, and outstanding communication skills. Flexibility for night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM) is essential, with competitive pay ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs80,00.00 per month.
