Job Description
The Husaini Hematology & Oncology Trust is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to strengthen our Human Resources team. This position is ideal for individuals with early HR experience who are eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: You will assist with various recruitment processes, maintain employee records, support onboarding and offboarding procedures, coordinate training programs, provide data support for payroll, and respond to HR inquiries.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, along with 6 months to 1 year of HR experience. Strong communication skills and basic HR knowledge are essential.
Location: North Nazimabad, Karachi. Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00/month.
