Job Description
Amanah Mall is on the lookout for a Senior Manager – Project Sales to spearhead our sales initiatives, enhance project revenue, and nurture client relationships within our apartment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans.
- Establish relationships with buyers, brokers, and investors.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies.
- Deliver engaging property presentations and conduct site visits.
- Negotiate terms and assess sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of project sales experience.
- Proven track record in sales with strong property market knowledge.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
