Job Description
Aptech, a distinguished IT and technology educational institute, is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled IT Support Executive to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison for IT support inquiries, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, and oversee the installation of IT equipment. Contribute to the implementation of new applications and manage IT inventory while adhering to data security protocols.
Shift Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Required)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT support (Required)
