Job Description
Amanah Mall is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies aimed at vertical apartment sales. Key responsibilities encompass building and nurturing relationships with potential buyers and investors, managing a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering engaging property presentations, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize outreach.
Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience, a strong understanding of the local market, and outstanding communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
