Job Description

GSG Technology Co, a leading Corporate Culture Company based in the US, is looking for a Customer Care Professional to join our Lahore office. This full-time position involves making outbound calls to assist customers, respond to inquiries, and provide effective solutions.

The role requires working night shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage calls with clients to address their needs and build strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage appointment scheduling.
• Effectively utilize various software and tools to meet performance standards.
