Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining professional communication, documenting service cases, and working closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
Requirements: We are looking for a female candidate with exceptional communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and WhatsApp, and a strong background in customer service is preferred. Fluency in both English and Urdu is essential. This is a full-time position based in DHA Phase 5, offering a competitive salary between Rs40,00.00 and Rs50,00.00.
