Job Description
Knowza Learning Solutions is looking for an Associate Ecommerce Executive to join our team in Lahore. This position is integral to the management of our new e-commerce initiative. You will play a key role in procurement, logistics, and customer service, ensuring the effective execution of our UK retail strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Procurement: Collaborate with suppliers to secure high-quality products.
- Logistics Management: Oversee inventory levels and guarantee timely deliveries.
- Customer Service Oversight: Assist in implementing support protocols and managing after-sales service.
Requirements: An MBA or Master’s degree is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Location: Jail Road, Shadman 2, Lahore
Salary: PKR 45,00–50,00 per month
