Job Description
Marketing Kingdom is looking for a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to support individuals, families, and communities in overcoming obstacles and improving their overall well-being. In this role, you will assess client needs, develop tailored support plans, provide counseling, and advocate for clients’ rights in various environments, including healthcare, education, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ needs and circumstances.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Advocate for clients and assist them in accessing necessary resources.
- Design and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
