Job Description
IBSTEC is actively seeking a dedicated and disciplined Admin Supervisor to oversee our administrative team and ensure efficient daily operations. This position demands excellent leadership abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise office personnel, including office attendants and cleaning staff.
- Ensure the office environment is clean and hygienic.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Coordinate necessary office maintenance and repairs.
Requirements: Preferably retired military personnel with strong organizational skills, capable of working 12-hour shifts. Candidates must be reliable and detail-oriented.
