Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a reputable telecom company, is seeking qualified Inbound Call Center Agents to join our team.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum graduate from a recognized university.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Urdu with a neutral accent.
- Location: Must reside in Rawalpindi.
- Experience: Between 6 months to 2 years preferred.
- Compensation: Salary of Rs. 45,00 plus performance-based incentives.
- Work Hours: Rotational shifts (monthly).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone support.
- Follow up on issue resolutions.
- Generate and resolve Network Trouble Tickets.
