Job Description
PrimeHR is looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee a large team of daily wage laborers at our Jaranwala site in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate should possess a backup pool of 150+ workers to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a workforce of 150+ daily wage employees.
- Ensure timely distribution of wages in cash.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and wages.
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00/month
Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Jaranwala or Faisalabad.
